Come enjoy the sunrise over the Tchefuncte River followed by an hour of gentle yoga to start your day off right. Offering a balanced combination of postures arranged to stretch and strengthen the body while awakening the mind.
What to bring: Your own mat, a towel or blanket, and a water bottle.
